My job will be to design your personalized training, which you can do completely independently and according to your goals, with periodic check-ups. No matter whether you are an amateur or advanced athlete, we will study together the most suitable plan to help you achieve the fitness you have always wanted.

My personalized training program can be done either at home or in the gym according to your personal needs. We will do a cognitive consultation where we will understand together your needs,your goals and your current level of sports activity. The program should not disrupt your personal and work life habits. We will choose the right weekly training time together.

During the sessions, I will help you not to be afraid to push your limits by making you accountable for your progress and the results you can achieve by working well and consistently. One-on-one training allows you to have me by your side, ready to push you and encourage you when you need it most, following a well-defined and ever-changing training plan so you never get bored.

One-to-one training is the first step in taking a serious and consistent approach to exercise and having the right attitude toward fitness and sport right from the start. During the training sessions I will follow you through movement after movement to teach you how to perform the exercises correctly, maintaining the right posture and the right load.

Over time we will monitor the results achieved and adapt the plan to your new physical condition.
