It all starts with proper nutrition, healthy eating. This does not mean eliminating everything and eating nothing, but eating a lot and especially "eating well." The human engine, to keep going, needs a mixture of macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, fats) with preferential percentage ratios to function at its best.

Nutrition is one of the main factors in sports practice. In this regard, there are mainly three objectives: to proportion energy, material to strengthen and repair tissues, and to maintain and regulate metabolism.

Each type of training has special requirements and involves specific nutrition. It will be a combination of nutritional values and macronutrients to achieve the set goal.

A specific diet to accompany the training of excessive fat mass loss, preferring lean mass.

This type of diet will be carefully designed to keep your fitness in line with your current fitness.

Nourishing muscles in the right way will be the goal of a diet with the right combinations of macronutrients.

Initial counseling

We will do an initial consultation together, in-person or online, to get to know each other and better understand your needs and goals, while also attending to tastes or intolerances.

Analysis and evaluation

The diet is delivered within a couple of days: it is developed only after a thorough assessment of the needs expressed during the cognitive consultation, considering any pathologies and lifestyle.

Support and Care

After starting a journey together, I will be by your side constantly to see improvements together and make changes to the diet, setting higher and higher goals.
